FAQ!
Q: How long do I have the
equipment?
A: Our prices are 4 hours and we
give you 1 hour free for a total of
5
hours rental. More time may be purchased if needed. Special arrangements may be made for late
night events.
Q: What does BAI require
from me?
A: Adequate space to set up
equipment and adequate electric source (120 volt outlet).
Q: How much space is
required?
A: Our unit vary in size. Please
review the size of each unit in the description and add 5 feet
to that size. So a 15x15 bounce house would requires 20x20 generally level area to set up.
If you have question please call us and ask.
Q: How many children can
ride at one time?
A: Each unit has it printed on it
and BAI will brief you on the number of kids. The number of children
will depend on the size of the unit and the size of the children. On
an average, our 15x15 unit can hold 10 children up to 8 years of
age.
Q: What will BAI provide?
A: We will provide clean
and well maintained products. Setup, breakdown, and
delivery of products in a timely manner.
Q: What about the weather?
A: Weather is one thing that is
completely out of our control. We will not put the
safety of our clients or equipment in jeopardy. We will
watch the weather and ask that you communicate with us about any
possible weather issues. If the
forecast calls for a high chance of rain, serve weather or high winds, BAI may cancel
appointments for safety reasons. Because the weather may
be different at my location than yours, the client may also
cancel due to weather. We will gladly reschedule you for a
later date. Please review cancellation policy on rules pages.
Q: What if I need to
cancel?
A: If you need to cancel
for weather please notify us 2 hours prior to delivery time.
You will not be charged for weather cancellation provided you
give us a 2 hour notice. A charge will apply for non
weather related cancellations or if notice is not given prior to
BAI departing for delivery.
Q: How far in advance
should reservations be made?
A: We recommend that you
make reservations at least 30 days prior to your event. Certain
holidays ie Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day & Halloween books
fast. Water slides book fast for dates in June/July. All rental
are based on first come first serve availability of equipment.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We serve Durham,
Franklin, Granville, Johnston, Vance, Wake, and Warren and
surrounding counties.
Q: What forms of payments
do you accept?
A: At this time, we accept
cash, checks and credit card. Credit card payments require
a additional process fee.
Q: What time do you deliver
and pick up equipment?
A: Delivery time depends on
the locations, route and amount of equipment that is being rented
that day. We like to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to your event start time
for set up. We will coordinate a delivery and pick up time that works
best for the client and BAI.
