Safety Rules!

  • All units & equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Riders must remove footwear, jewelry, glasses, pins, and other sharp or pointy objects and pocket contents.

  • No FOOD, SILLY STRING, GLITTER, TOYS, BALLOONS, SHARP OBJECTS, PETS/ANIMALS, or STICKY OBJECTS allowed in the units.

  • Individuals with muscular-skeletal disabilities, head, neck, or other injuries are not allowed to ride.  Pregnant women and small infants are not permitted to ride at any time.

  • No fighting, flipping, wrestling or extreme horseplay allowed in or around unit.

  • No climbing or hanging on the side walls, netting or roof of unit.

  • In case of rain, high winds, or extreme weather all riders must exit the unit and the unit turned off and blower covered for safety.  Always place safety first.

  • In case of power failure, all riders should exit unit immediately.

  • Unit must be anchored and properly secured prior to use.

  • No one is allowed in the unit while it is being installed or deflated.

  • No bouncing or playing close to the doorway of the unit.

  • Riders should be grouped by related ages and size.

  • Recommended weight limits vary by unit but generally no person over 200 pounds allowed inside bounce house units. Large slides limits also vary but generally can accommodate persons up to 250 pounds. Ask the delivery/install engineer or read the posted rules on the unit if you have further questions.

  • Bounce House Units capacities are average but should never exceed 12 riders in a 15x15 unit.  Recommended limits for 15x15 unit:  Children 8 & younger is 10 riders, Children 8 - 12 is 8 riders, and Teens 12 - 15 is 4 riders.

  • BAI must have safe and accessible access to setup location (i.e hills, slopes, muddy, ant piles)

  • Tables & Chair are curbside/driveway delivery (No transport up or down hills, stairs or steps unless pre arranged)

 

Rental Policies!

  • Bounce Around Inflatables reserves the right to cancel or refuse to complete any event that has the potential to damage equipment, cause harm to individuals or is unsafe for operation and or transport. There will be no refund of deposit for any event deemed unsafe.

  • A trip fee or restocking fee will be charged for all equipment cancellations after the cancellation periods (See cancellation policy). Trip fee is $75 plus any xtra mileage charges. Restocking fee is 50% of rental cost or minimum of $25. 

  • Full payment is due by cash or check upon delivery, unless previous arrangements for payment are made with management. A service fee will be added for credit or debit card transactions.

  • A return check fee of $25 will be added to all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy!

All cancellation (other than weather-related) must be 15 days prior to your event. There must be a professional forecast supporting rain, windy or extreme weather conditions in the event area and weather cancellation must be made 8 hours prior to the reservation event start time to receive an full refund. Any cancellation made after the established time will be charged a $75 plus any extra milage fees. If Bounce Around Inflatables shows up for delivery and we are unable to set up due to access, terrain, lack of power/water source or any other issues not related to our equipment failure, a delivery fee of $75.00 plus any extra milage fee will be charged.  Once BAI BEGINS setup of equipment, client is responsible for full payment. We will not set up equipment in rain, high winds, snow, muddy conditions, unsafe conditions, temperatures below 45 degrees F or over 100 degrees F.
